XCC Terms of Service

Effective Date: November 16th, 2022

1. Membership & Eligibility

xTool Creators Club ("XCC") rewards program is offered by xtool.com. Membership in the XCC is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You are either 16 years old or older or the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is older, to be eligible for Membership. Eligible minors must obtain their parent's or legal guardian's consent prior to participation.

By applying for membership in the XCC rewards program, you agree (or if you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian agrees) to be bound by these terms of service ("terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or participate in the xTool Creators Club.

After joining xTool Creators Club, your membership is valid for a lifetime.

2. About xTool Creators Club

XCC is one way in which xTool endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business and purchasing xTool products. XCC members are able to earn and accumulate xTool points that can be redeemed for xTool reward benefits at xtool.com. Besides, XCC members can get new member privileges and monthly coupons.

3. Join xTool Creators Club

To join XCC rewards program, go to xtool.com and create an account. There are 2 ways to create accounts.

3.1 One-Click Sign up

You can sign up through Google, Facebook, Apple account, or etc

3.2 Sign up through personal info

You will be required to provide the following information:

  • First name
  • Email address
  • Password

You need to pass slider verification before successfully creating an account. Personal information which you provide to us for purposes of creating an account will be held pursuant to xTool Privacy Policy and may be processed by xTool. Information on xTool data protection practices and xTool Privacy Policy is available on this Website.

4. Benefits of xTool Creators Club

As an XCC rewards program member, you may be eligible for the following benefits:

4.1 xTool Point Rewards

In order to earn points through purchases and other earning actions, please make sure that you have registered as an XCC member and have been in the logged-in state. If you are not in the logged-in state, your purchases and earning actions cannot be tracked by system.

4.1.1 Earning Points

xTool points can be used to deduct payment for products on the xTool online store (for xtool.com only). You can earn points by making purchases at xTool online store in the following ways:

  • Shopping: You will get 1 point for 1$ you spend at the xTool online store. And every 50 points can be redeemed for $1 in the checkout process. The return ratio is 2%. When you purchase physical products, the points will be credited to your account right after you complete the order, but the points will be frozen. After you sign for the item, your points will take effect. When you purchase virtual products, the points will be credited to your account right after you complete the order. The difference is that the points will be valid right after you complete the order.
  • Create an account: You can get 200 points right after creating an account successfully. The points will be valid right after you complete the task.
  • Share on Facebook: You can get 100 points right after sharing on Facebook successfully. The points will be valid right after you complete the task. 
  • Leave Comments: You must have placed an order on xTool online store(xtool.com). Each verified buyer is limited to 3 reviews to earn points. You can get 250 points right after one review is approved. Gnerally, your review will be checked and approved in 1-3 days.
  • Share Howtos in xTool Community: You can get 800 points right after one Howto is approved by xTool Community offcial. You will get notified in Community message box. xTool Creators Club will also email you the point arrival.
  • Share Inspirations in xTool Community: You can get 500 points right after one Inspiration is approved by xTool Community offcial. You will get notified in Community message box. xTool Creators Club will also email you the point arrival.
  • Share Tips&Trcks in xTool Community: You can get 500 points right after one Tip&Trick is approved by xTool Community offcial. You will get notified in Community message box. xTool Creators Club will also email you the point arrival.
  • Answer questions in xTool Community: You can get 150 points right after one Answer is approved by xTool Community offcial. You will get notified in Community message box. xTool Creators Club will also email you the point arrival.

*Notice: To ensure that you can get the points from xTool Community tasks, kindly make sure the email used to create account in Community is the same as xTool.

4.1.2 Redeem Points to Deduct Payment

xTool points may be redeemed to deduct payment at xTool online store (for xtool.com only). Please kindly note that you must be in the logged-in status to invoke your points in the checkout process. Every 50 points can be redeemed for $1. Your points must be equal to or greater than 50 points to be redeemed for deductions. When you click the "Redeem" button, your points will be turned into a deduction amount. Your points will be deducted from your account right after you complete the order.

*Notice: Part of the payment deducted by points cannot be rewarded with points.

4.1.3 Return Points

Your xTool point balance will be impacted by returns as followed:

  • If you cancel the total order before fulfillment, the points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
  • If you partially cancel your order before fulfillment, the corresponding part of points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
  • If you refund the total order after signing the receipt, the points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
  • If you partially refund your order after signing the receipt, the corresponding part of points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
  • After redeeming the points, if you cancel the total order, the points you have redeemed will be returned to your account right after the order cancellation completes.
  • After redeeming the points, if you partially cancel your order, the points you have redeemed will not be returned.
  • After redeeming the points, if you get the total order refunded, the points you have redeemed will be returned to your account right after the order refund completes.
  • After redeeming the points, if you partially get your order refunded, the points you have redeemed will not be returned.

4.1.4 Point Expiration

All your points will expire after 2 years in the calendar year. For example, if you earn the points in 2022, the points will expire at 23:59:59pm, 31st December, 2023 (PDT). Points will be cleared after the expiration date.

4.1.5 Additional Terms of xTool Points

  • You must have at least 50 points. Then you can redeem the points to deduct payment.
  • xTool points can only be used at xtool.com and cannot be used at eu.xtool.com, Amazon mall, and other channels.
  • The final interpretation right of the points belongs to xTool.
  • xTool points are non-transferable.
  • xTool points cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.2 Monthly Coupon for Materials

The discount code for materials is unique per user account.

  • Discount amount: $10
  • Minimum Threshold: for an order over $99
  • Effective date: first day of each month
  • Expiration date: last day of each month
  • Applicable products: all materials in the xTool online store
  • For repurchase members

4.3 Monthly Coupon for Accessories

The coupon code for accessories is unique per user account.

  • Discount percentage: 10% off
  • Minimum Threshold: none
  • Effective date: first day of each month
  • Expiration date: last day of each month
  • Applicable products: all accessories in the xTool online store
  • For repurchase members

5. Disclaimers

5.1 Agreement Changes

We may change these terms, terms of use, terms of sale (provided on the checkout page at xTool online store), xTool privacy policy, after-sales service policies, or any aspect of xTool Creators Club rewards program at our discretion without providing notice of such changes. The latest terms can be found on the xTool online store website (xtool.com). If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued use of XCC benefits after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

5.2 Termination by Us

If you violate these terms or any applicable law, are involved in fraud, misuse the XCC benefits, or are harmful to our interests or the interests of other users, we may clear your XCC benefits at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will not provide any refund to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

5.3 Limitation of liability

In addition to other limitations and exclusions in terms of use, our total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed the total XCC benefits you have. This limitation of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of your XCC benefits.

6. Transfer Member Benefits of the Previous Version

In the previous version of xTool Creators Club, point rewards and monthly coupons make up the main benefits of XCC rewards program. Here's how points rewards and monthly coupons are migrated.

  • Point balance migration: all your point balance will be migrated to the new xTool Creator Club system. In the previous XCC version, you earn 10 points per $1 spent. 400 points can be redeemed for $1. Therefore, if you have 4000 points, you can redeem them for $10. The 4000 points are equal to 500 points in the new XCC system (you earn 1 point per $1 spent. 50 points can be redeemed for $1).
  • Redeemed coupon migration: all your coupons redeemed by xTool points (not used yet) will be transferred to xTool points. For example, if you have a $10 coupon, you will have 500 points credited to your account.
  • Additional Gift: xTool will deliver 500 points (value $10) to all the old xTool members.
