  • Attention: It is recommended to always run a test before performing the actual laser cutting project. When laser cutting thick mahogany plywood, it's advised to use high power and multiple-pass at a high-speed setting to reduce laser dwell time and heat-affected area to minimize the burning edge. The Mahogany is really nice

I wanted to try something different with my laser and tried the Mahogany option. The packaging of the material is top-notch and the material arrived in perfect condition. Included in the package are laser settings provided by xtool. That definitely saves me time and material trying to find a starting point for my laser. The material itself has a really smooth surface, visually free from defects and has minimal warping. The test cuts so far are very clean and I am super happy with the product received. 5-Stars!
