    • Attention: Please allow a ± 1/2 inch deviation for length and width sizes and a ±1/50 inch deviation in thickness.
    • Attention: A slight warp or deform may be caused by transportation and weather.
    • Attention: It is recommended to always run a test before performing the actual laser cutting project. When laser cutting thick plywood, it's advised to use high power and multiple-pass at a high-speed setting to reduce laser dwell time and heat-affected area to minimalize the burning edge.     Plywood sheets for laser cutting

    I purchased several types of plywood sheets for some ornament projects that I needed to finish and was pleased with the quality and consistency of the plywood. I had no problems cutting the plywood at the recommended settings with my 10 watt D1 and no visible charring around the edges. I have purchased less expensive products from other vendors and sometimes would have problems cutting through the plywood or there were blemishes on the wood. With the xTool plywood each pieces was excellent and the size conveniently fit the cutting surface of the laser. I had no problems with warped pieces and the wood cam very well packaged with zero defects. A very good purchase.
